I really dont know on this one ,I see the shape of a JD and some blue speckles but no JD lips or head and I do see signs of Texas.Heres one more look .Time will tell with updates coming.
i still think its a pure cyano, just very young. at that size many fish have the same shape and just change as they grow, and the blue speckles are def the small spots of a cyano not close at all like the speckles of a dempsey. only way this looks different from the cyano juvies i grew out in that past is the red on top of the dorsal but many fish exihibit this (especially CAs) so it very well could just be a unique individual, but time will tell. once he has put on a few inches it will be clearer whether he is actually a cyano or a hybrid
