I think it's a WC Nigerian Lap now. I've seen some WC Laps that look very similar.

Finlets look like reversed D from video. That makes me believe its CB and not WC

Not sure about that but I've seen a few WC Nigerian Laps with the same kind of finlet. I believe Julian270's 24" Nigerian Lap has the same type of finlet. Let me try to find a picture.

This is Julian270's monster Lap. Also if you notice those black spots on the Lap. I only notice black spots on WC Bichirs. Never seen them on a CB, unless you can provide me a picture of a CB bichir that has those kind of black spots.
