Red are not highly demanded. An albino Fronts would be a true amazing red frontosa. I have seen pictures but never in person. I heard of a group in Europe. Someone was trying to bring them to the US, but it was not successful. The red frontosa do not have much information presented on them. So I would agree to call them a linebreed (meaning selective breeding the same fish to get a desired coloration) is doubtful. Also I believe when young the color looks better on them as they grow older they do not look as good. Often I think that they people buy them thinking they are rare and cool, but only find out later it not as they hoped.
