Is this a Rotkeil?

hope mine turns out like that!wait how big are these juvie pics.... cuz my lfs has some babie "green sevrums" that look just like those at quarter sized and if they're rots then i want one...
the lfs has no clue what they're talkin about cuz i have them rename stuff all the time.
they marked bolivian rams as : apistogramma bolivian rams.... im like no

He is about 1" the size of a 10 pence piece...not got a clue what a quater looks like 
Bare in mind that babys green Severums look verrrrrry similar.
If the ones in your LFS have no spots,permanent black bars even when stressed,white background (like a convict) not grey and has a yellow anal fin and a much more pointy nose and rounder body shape...not red then theres a good chance its the same as my little dude.
Normal greens look very similar but if you put them side by side they look very different.

yeah they grow quickly the blue on the face appears relatively quickly but the red can take a long time to come in fully, one of the same from my ones brood was powerfed and it developed the red sooner, but i think its abit unnatural so i just fed mine normally.
and as for Lobstersgopeenchpeench, what glenbo said is the most accurate discription of young rotkeils ive ever heard! remember rotkeils are the ones with yellow anal fins, they eventually turn orange and bright red though.
