How can you say this kind of hybrid is better than a pure blood RTC you can't
A RTC is one of those fish which look great at every part of it's life when they are small they are super cute when they are large they are just a great looking powerful fish which most of us can only dream of owning
A TSN is not a great looking cat and doesn't even come close to having the class of a RTC
By making a RTC x TSN hybrid you are in no way making a RTC better than it is in it's pure form

i can help you with that...its simple......OTHER PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!! for what ever reason it might be..it does not mater..they like them..and really the only thing that maters is if the person who owns the fish like it and think its worth putting the time money and effort in to....does it really mater beyond that point?

Just give me a few examples of what makes this hybrid better than a pure blood RTC because I'm having problems in seeing what makes it better than a pure RTC
A pure blood RTC for me is one of the best looking cats on the planet and by mixing it with a TSN I can see how you can make a class fish like a RTC better than it is

Now a RTC x tig yes I can see the point in that I would never buy a hybrid cat but I could see why people would want a RTC x tig as that would look great but a RTC x TSN doesn't look like anything I would say wow I want one

i actually never said the hybrid is nicer than a purebreed.
I like them both, i do plan on getting a rtc in the near future but only after my pond is done.
as said before it all comes down to individual taste. if someone thinks the hybrid is nicer its what they think.

I always was of the opinion hybridizing fish defeats the whole point of our hobby. That is why I don't like flower horns, glowfish, or any of those other south american blends. Think there isn't enough beautiful fish naturally occurring, go watch blue planet or something. There are so many amazing fish that are barely present in the trade. Get and spawn some of those and help them and the hobby.
