I hope it is because I could keep it 
I have looked threw planet catfish and it looks nothing like the picture of the juvi ARTC in there (if it's not a different species of ARTC) but I cannot find pictures of Wyckii this small anywhere! I guess I will just grow him out n update in a month or 2 when it will be easier
