Is this good enough?

the Aquatop canister has worked beautifully btw.

Don't think you can make that stament with so many filters. As far as you know the aquatop could be "useless" as F1 VET says, besides the fact it provides more circulation that a powerhead or circulation pump could do just as good a job or better. Oh, and a little more bio, but with all that filtration I don't think you need more bio for that sized tank and stock. IMO you are just wasting electricity... But whatevers. Just my opinion and you can stick a 10 HOB's and canisters on your tank if you'd like. It just would be pointless IMHO.

You'd be surprised how much waste an oscar can make... Plus that tank will be a 75 soon anyways, and when that oscar is 13-14" I'll be happy to have the filtration. In regards to my statement about MY aquatop working well, that is my experience as well as that of many reputable members on this forum. To each their own with the Aquatop CF400, but mine has been silent and has great flow.

I've owned oscars and they are really dirty fish, but even on a 75 gallon just the two aquaclear 110's would work perfectly with your 60% weekly water changes. The added eheim would make your filtration pimp and give you the added security and feeling of awesome (over) filtration. But the aquatop on that would just be a waste IMHO. I do like to overfilter my tanks but electricity here is like gold. I would choose one cannister to run and save the other one for an emergency. But as you said to each their own.

I have 2 of the aquatop canisters and they work great 6 months out. Cf400 & cf500. Cheap in some parts but the parts that actually matter seem to be working fine.
