it is not impossible that he was pulled over for playing rap just highly unlikely. The race card is irrelevant people of all different races live all over the world, you live in America which unfortunately is not a very racially harmonious place. either move to canada or europe or continue being treated as a colour and not a person.

You should've requested to see the radar gun. Unless there's suspicion of alcohol, the cop is required to show the reading. As it stands now, it'll be your word against his. You can fight it, (you should on principle), just be prepared that it might not go your way.
All they really care about is money. They're trying to make money for the system. The cop. The judge. It's all about money. If you go in there with an attorney and it's obvious you're putting money into the system, you MIGHT have a better shot. It becomes a question of how bad do you want to win. Attorneys don't come cheap.
If he doesn't show to the court date, you'll win. I've heard of this happening but never experienced it personally. You should contest it though. If for no other reason than to screw up his plans on a Thursday night. If cops had to defend every they wrote, they'd write a lot fewer tickets.
Also, if there's no calibration date for the radar gun, you can get it dismissed.

hmm I know America is a very racially segregated country but isn't it a little bit pathetic to claim that an ******* cop is racist?

No it isn't,being a cop is the perfect occupation for a person with bigoted or racist leanings..I'm not even speculating on whether the cop in this case is or isn't.

I'm Mexican/italian lol don't know why that matters,lol

Everyone In Burbank is white trust me even if your playing rap or any kind of music even the people make it obvious, they roll up their window move a little further away from you,or just stare at you till the damn light turns green.
The cop did not have a radar gun he said he was driving and that his car said he was going at 50 therefore I was too,but when I looked at my rear mirror he was going pretty fast because like I said my lane was empty he was in a really packed lane so when he saw me and heard me he had he's windows down and at the moment I knew,so ofcourse my lane empty I'll get further then him wen he had the chance to get out of his lane I saw him step on it,that was 4 lights the next three he decides to stop me , so him counting the 50 he was going to catch up to me,doesn't make sense to me

You MIGHT be able to contest it by saying that the recorded speed was NOT pacing, but from the cop catching up to you /after/ he fell back. Unfortunately that cannot be proved in the courtroom!

I still think that your best bet would be to enter an early guilty /if/ the court offers a reduction in penalty. Otherwise, plead nolo, and eff around with the bailiff saying you have to make payment arrangements until the cop leaves the court, then go change your plea to not guilty. I had a friend escape a $485 ticket (also written during a bogus 3-mile tail on an interstate using pacing instead of a radar gun) by doing that trick, but you have to be familiar with the court system to understand what each plea means, and what windows of opportunity are available for you in order to change that plea, otherwise you will be stuck with the full price of the ticket!
