Is this QT tank size sufficient

Honestly imo it's a good idea to deworm once in QT. I mean one time in their lives. Just because I got burned with them evading my 'watch and see' 6 month QT.

I wonder if I should deworm my main tank then since I have never deworm all of the fish in my DT tank. They are all eating, I do have one or two fish that eats well but the belly just look a little cave in.

Is there any harm doing the deworm even if the fish don’t have worm? If not maybe I just wait til I finish QT, add these fish then deworm the entire DT since I don’t have two fish in the DT with Slightly cave in belly Even thought they eat a lot.

I just ordered 50 gram of levamisole but I am getting different dosing amount. Some say 5 gram per 100 gallon, the website I ordered from Subquaria said 3.75 gram for 125 gallon.

what dosage do you do?
