Is this tank overstocked

This is my moms tank in the living room it’s a 29g glass tank and it constantly has a green tint to it and always at least a little bit cloudy I always tell her that the tank is overstocked and that’s why it’s so ugly but she says it’s just from algae and this is long overdue but what do you guys think of it

2 koi angle fish
2 albino clawed frogs
4 albino Cory cats
3 rosy barbs
4 black skirt tetras
3 tetras, I don’t know what kind they are but they’re and iridescent color kind of
2 common plecos
1 rope fish

The plecos and rope fish will outgrow the tank and the frogs alone max it out imo.
Everybody else should be fine (do angels need bigger?).

Ohhhhh god.

Ropefish:

They need large tanks. 75 gallons atleast. They are very aggressive

Angelfish:

They need large tanks as well. Minimal 55g imo. Angelfish are part of the Cichlid family, and are aggressive as well.

Common Plecos:

Plecos are poop machines. You do not need 2 of them in a tank unless you are a pleco-holic. Common Plecos can grow VERY large, 2' large.

Community Fish:

Ropefish will eat all community fish, I promise. Barbs are aggressive, and should be the smallest fish in the tank. Tetras prefer large schools of themselves. Buy 7 or 8 of one kind!!!!

Please give away your fish. We can help you start over. Without the overstocking, and putting VERY large fish in VERY small enclosures.

Angels prefer height to length, it is pretty much over stocked I'd do just the angels corys and tetras

The plecos I plan on convincing her to sell at some point and the rope fish is good in there for a while they grow really slow and the angles honestly I don’t know why she got them but yea they’ll need a bigger tank eventually

Yes yes YES the tank is way over stocked I agree with Deadeye the frog alone is to much waste for the filter the pleco and angles will get to big and MAYBE the angles can fit they can get a solid size. The reason it’s so cloudy is because of the over stock. What Kind of catfish is in the front? The angels are stressed as hell I can tell because of the way their eyes look. Get a tester and look at your parameters, you nitrates are probably through the roof.

Rope may take swipes at your other fish as it grows. I wouldn’t keep it past 8-10 inches in that sized tank.

That’s what I keep telling her but she says that algae no matter what I say she just does a water change and calls it good any advice on another way of getting her to realize it’s overstocked until I go something about it myself when she’s at work. the catfish in the front is one of the 2 plecos

I don’t want her to get mad at me, she thinks the tank is perfect but im getting tired of seeing the fish in this condition and she won’t listen to me but again I don’t wanna get grounded or anything but I’m almost to the point where I don’t care if I get in trouble
