Is this tank overstocked

Also other smaller growing catfish that are still “monsters” like ornate bagrid catfish, pimelodus catfish (4 line, Pictus, ornate pin), and even larger catfish like Lima shovelnose will be much more suitable for 100+ gallon aquariums that are cheaper and more accessible. fishhead0103666 fishhead0103666 probably has even better suggestions.

If you guys can manage to show me 1 catfish that is not bullseye but makes me feel the same way I felt when I saw bullseye then I will sell it give away bullseye and the arowana and set up a 75 tank with your guys’ ideas for me to pick from just saying this is going to be extremely hard for you to do, when I saw bullseye I started crying because I loved him so much i don’t know what it is but the specific fish just has a special spot in my heart. But If possible could I keep the sun catfish in a 75g or in the 75g I would happily do a piranha tank there’s a place near me that has tons of piranhas and have always had a soft spot for them

Pirhannas will def require less space than A rtc hybrid, but I don’t think you can keep any other fish with it. A sun cat will def work long term in a 75 gallon. You could probably add a few other fish too and make it a community tank.

Shoal of piranhas in a 75 works. Maybe a Raphael or pleco with them but no guarantees with piranhas.

I also had “success” with keeping a banded leporinus with a solo red belly piranha. It lived but got the crap beat out of it and lost an eye too.
