Is this too much water??

Lets say I did a 50% WC on my 120g on Saturday.

Now what would happen if I did a 50% WC today and right after I refilled the tank I went ahead and did another 50% WC?

Just curious to see what some members would think as to what the effects of doing so would have on my fish.

shouldn't do to much at all as long as you condition the water and its the same temp.

It's really just a matter of stress on the fish. Why would you need so many so close? Is there a problem with the water in the tank?

No not really. Just fresh water.
Do you think there will be alot of stress on the fish seeing all are pretty hardy to begin with?
And do the stress issues out weigh the benefits of having constant freshwater?

Water changes stress the fish a little. Watch your fish, if they don't seem stressed out then don't worry about it. A lot of Discus breeders do daily water changes. Ideally, an overflow system where a constant supply of fresh water enters the tank and over flows or leaves the tank is most likely the least stressful to your fish. I have this system on my 360 and it works great and no more water changes.

I do 50% water changes every week.....On my growouts, it is two 50% water changes per week(5-6 days between).....
