well i have always done atleast 50% weekly and i know that when i had oscars, jags, and pacus i would bump it up to practically whole 100% WC's a few times. but alot of people will tell me that it's bad and i just don't see it being anything but good for the fish.

If I do a big w/c like that on my tanks, I usually stay away from cleaning the filters, or at least I just rins them a bit in tank water and thats it.

pH always is at 6.8 which is awesome... even out of the tap.....

my jackass buddy wants me to ask you guys if he can put some RBP's in with his flowerhorn? lmao.

Did you just wake up, or have you not gone to sleep yet?:grinno:
I was only able to sleep for two hours. Damn insomnia again. I got up and started to work on a rock wall/shelf for the new reef tank. I didn't get far. It all ended when I grabbed a snack and sat in front of the computer.

The problem with the internet is you don't know who you are getting the information from. It could be a 13yo with a python and half dead fish. Python users are going to get significantly more stress than someone who pretreats their water.

If he really loves his flowerhorn, tell him it will be perfectly fine. :naughty:
