Your fish are all going to die. Just like everyone else's eventually.

yeah aint not doubt about that:screwy:. it's just that there are alot of people on here that say more then 50% weekly is damaging to fish's health. i just don't see it.

Just messing with you. I had a seriously overstocked tank at one time due to getting some fish dropped off that I wasn't expecting. I did 50% w/c everyday and the fish were so stressed by it that the angels and severums started breeding. When I do w/c on the big tank some of them come up to play in the stream of incoming water. If treated properly and similar parameters I don't see the problem.

I've been doing 50% water changes weekly on my 230 gal for the last 2 years. No problems. Actually i have a higher growth rate and my fish are always really hungry right after the water change.
"You don't have to do water changes if you have good filtration? sounds like a pet-smart employee to me lol. Many large fish release hormones into the water to stop the growth of other fish in the tank defending there spot on the top of the food chain.

very true my pacus grew like weeds while the jags took awhile. the owner of a LFS told me that and i picked up on the WC's and my jag went from 8" to 14" in about a year.
