Well, I've noticed that PetSmart actually use both terms(Dinosaur Bichir/Dinosaur Eel) for the Senegal's, but It depends on the store. There's 2 stores within 15 miles of me and the both uses different labels. It's kinda weird that they don't have one specified name.
Last week I went to get ghost shrimp and they had 3 "dinosaur Bichirs" in stock. Upon inspection I noticed something very odd. Two of the specimens were Sens as the normally are, but 1 was NOT A SEN!! It looked like a DEL but he was still really small. I'm going back tomorrow to get a another look and some pics. I plan to buy him, he's only like 5 bucks. Pretty great deal for any non SEN.
Anyway they may just label them in a broad name because they don't know they're stuff. Or there Florida supplier doesn't inform them on what he's sending.
