yea its all the same here they used 2 have fish tanks but no one took care of them so they got rid of the tanks, if they had only asked me work it...

1st of all he is only 12 yrs old,2nd of all he has never had trouble with any fish he has bought there.And the only advice that i "Dole out" to my son is straight.Just because you may not like Wal- Mart does not mean it is a bad store personally i dont like it either,but people like you need to get off your high horse and stop attacking and insulting people,i have been keeping fish for over 30 yrs, so dont believe for 1 second that you could ever give me advice on anything to do with aquaria,we are supposed to be helping others,not tying to berate the new or the young.dogofwar;2352293; said:

Your first sentence states it all. No one knows the knowledge of any respondents to this thread, yet because they agree with the attacking nature of it, they are all great fish keepers. Yet if they disagree, they are terrible. The "advice" being given in this thread is not to par with this site. It is judgemental, based on a few experiences, against a corporation that spans ACROSS THE ENTIRE COUNTRY (if not the globe, I don't know how far they stretch). Who gives anyone here the right to "assess", as you put it, how someone else is caring for their fish. It's simple, if you don't like it don't shop it. The fewer sold, the fewer stocked. I forget that some Wal-Mart's around here even carry fish. And yes, the remodels here are eliminating them (we have like 5 supercenters in town, not including surrounding area). I, as a member of this site, do not want my name (as MFK) thrown at a company in a letter as if I am better than they. WHAT ARE WE, THE NEW PETA?!
And to satisfy your poll, the one's here are not bad at all. Nothing special, but the fish are healthy. Always UNDERstocked. If anything, I should be upset by their selection..........
surprisingly, as ghetto as my walmart is, id say their stock is in ok shape. they usually arent diseased or dead fish in the tank. there is an older guy that works there during the days but i dont know how much he knows about fish...
ok just read all the comments in this thread. Dogofwar, you have issues. and then you wonder why your last walmart thread was closed. its YOU that starts all the arguments. there was no need for you to attack someone based on their sig. what makes you so much better and smarter than other members?
