Just one comment If your room isn't on the first ( ground ) floor or basement, thats a lot of weight for floor to support. All my tanks are in basement with concrete floor! You think your mom is pissed wait till it crashed through the floor! 360 gallon tank - stand - gravel ( substrate ) filters etc.. Close to 3200 POUNDS!!!!
yea same happend to me when i was younger . my mom as saying no big tanks and stuff like that . i calmly reminded both my parents that i payed half the rent, half the bills so if its in my room its off limits to anyone i say it is. next day i get a 100 g tank and by the week end i built a large wire and wood cage for my python. . they were mad for a few days but eventually my mom kinda got attached to my pets so it was cool.
God im soo happy im older now and dont have to asnwer to no one , but my wife that is ,but shes cool and actually wants huge tanks at home and as many snakes and such as i wish .
Delgado, you are behaving like a petulant child! A 360 gallon is a nearly 4,000 pound piece of furniture that, without reinforcement, would likely crash through the floor of most homes other than those built on a concrete slab foundation. Until you start making mortgage payments, you should be thankful for what you have!
BTW, it is ridiculous that you can't spell "ridiculous."
