lol.a couple yrs ago as i was eating one the dang thing bit me right on my gum! it did hurt. but i got the last laugh. supermeal worms are juicy, the regular mealworms and waxies are a lot easier to handle. even the cockroach i ate wasnt as bad

Thats why you shouldn't leave them in your animal cages after feeding they will bite your animal. Whether its a reptile or any other animal that eats crickets.

thats why I freeze my crickets then give them a good SHAKE to get the spiny legs off of them, I do the same for mealworms and superworms.
