I had a bad problem with the waterbed heater I used leaking current into the water so I no longer use it but it really kept the 750 nice and warm

Use an isolation transformer. It might help.

Or get a couple royal plecos :) and feed them every other day so they eat some algee.

The insulator sounds like a good idea.

Royals aren't good for eating algae. My big guy doesn't touch it.

:( Know any good thing that will eat my algee, But will also eat shrimp and pellets?

My flagtail prochidillus is the best cleaner in the world! great active fish that eats shrimp and has completely cured my problem algae better than any plec ever could. Also gets big enough to keep with fellow monsters. Only potential problem with one is that they can hurt polys if you're keeping them. My one leaves mine alone completely but i've known others who've had problems
