Delrin for the body. Cheap, easily machined, pretty resilient. As for the clamps, they do make heavy duty plastic cable ties (fancy word for industiral zip ties). All available at mcmaster.com - my home away from home.
 
thanks guys, i will look in to the site for Delrin,, started the land scaping wile i Wait for for the paint to cure. I was told 72 hours. then the window will be installed 1" thinck plastic.
 
well things have changed one of the LFS had a Bonnethead shark that is about 12" still very small, i retuned the black tips back to who i got them from a year ago he had some one looking for the size they are. so no more black tips. will my 36" leopard shark mess with the 12" bonnetheads. i now the black tips would of had them for lunch, one of them tried to bite my 4' cat sharks fin off...but i never seen the leopard shark mess with any one. at the momment they are in seprit pools. but in one week in to the pond they go.

no they are Bonnetheads. but i do have a Scallop Hammerhead shark on order and I should get him next month ,

I put water in today, tank had no problem but had some problems with the plumming, plumming redone.:)
