I feel your pain on that. I had to muscle my 210G glass tank off the stand and into the truck by myself. 1/2 Inch glass isn't very kind on your back! Not to mention I found two guys to help me get it up the stairs oand onto the stand. We planned on beer but none of us felt like drinking after that ordeal! Well worth it though. Congatulations.

Not sure why 4 guys were needed - I hired two guys considerably smaller than myself who had no problems with a 220 gallon glass in a basement and narrow doorway. A pain in the arse overall if i was to do it - but they handled it effortlessly. Well worth the few dollars -

I don't want anyone to hurt themselves needlessly. I've been lifting a long time. And, even though I can't lift what I could 20+ years ago, I can still leg press 750lbs, dead lift 525lbs, and flex lift 400lbs. But, I can only lift and shoulder 200lbs. I hate getting older but, it sure beats the alternative. I'm 6' 4" and waver between 245lbs and 255lbs depending on how well the fridge is stocked.
