And, even though I can't lift what I could 20+ years ago, I can still leg press 750lbs, dead lift 525lbs, and flex lift 400lbs. But, I can only lift and shoulder 200lbs. I hate getting older but, it sure beats the alternative. I'm 6' 4" and waver between 245lbs and 255lbs depending on how well the fridge is stocked.
