Ive been wanting to do this for 9 years now and am very excited to announce my first saltwater tank is up and cycling:D! Its small, only 75 gallons, but a good starting tank and Im rapidly falling in love with the saltwater concept and am making plans to turning my 215 gallon salt as well! I picked up the last of the live rock today, all together theres 105lbs of it

Heres some pictures from today

because when i was 6 I wanted a saltwater tank for horseshow crabs after about 2 years I gave up on it and finally I went back and researched it and found how easy it is to set up a saltwater tank so i decided to give it a shot

the sponge filter is out that was just to clear out the water a bit:P the skimmer is also in the sump underneath now :) spotted snake eel is going in friday :D

how big is yours? and no matter what I do my sponge filter keeps trying to float up so I had to trap it under the cords in my tank to keep it down. Yours looks very nice
