16120360398125570021244566804989.jpg as u can see they are both there with the eggs some have started to turn color or a tea or brown color. The jack dempsey is a weird hybrid we bout from pet co pretty sure that he's mixed with a jaguar. An the mother is the oscar the other fish can't get near either one the jack attacks them. Even her at times.

Here are there eggs I can count 10 eggs that have turned colors. This is our first try at breeding the pair. We have had them together since they were both 1 inch big!!!

Not sure what all the fuse is about these fish but I hope to succeed with these unique fish.

Congrats on the pair! But I don’t think any of the eggs are fertile, they would be tan. Only Central American cichlids can hybridized with each other and the Festae from South America.

They have turned brown color. I'll see if I can zoom it in . Super excited

Super hard to see on the rock but towards the front there is a cluster of three white eggs and two the left of it is a tan one

I hope they hatch! The pair forming alone is rare and amazing! I doubt there will be much fertile eggs, but hopefully it works out!

I'm hoping too because it has been impossible for others. Any guesses on the dad's make up?
