I don’t see much jack in there at all. A better pic of just him may help.
Definitely looks like there is some parachromis on it. Perhaps a bit of mesoheros or amphilophus also.

Looks like a rainbow cichlid to me.

The eggs are probably infertile because most of them look infected with fungus.
Not sure where u get off saying that they are infected with fungus can you explain to me why you say this?
Sorry for no explanation at work. Yes eggs will turn white quickly becoming infected if not fertile. Most parent fish will eat the bad eggs and fan the good eggs.
