I know a guy that has an Arow that topped ouit at 12" ... He has a problem hearing.


Fish was and is in a 90 gallon and is probably now approaching 3.5 years of age... He picked it up at 6"

These jags are in the same tank with your Large RD right... Possible stunting.. Possible slow growth... If you put that fish in a different tank for a few weeks it might start growing..

My devil dosent chase them though, he for the most part ignores smaller fish. Unless the little jag is just getting all scared simply looking at the devil lol So wow, what kind of arrow was that anyway?

I had that happen with some Uros. I bought 3. Male shot up to 8", female to 7" and the runt hardly grew a half inch since purchase. I didn't even realize that I still had the little bugger. I thought the pecking order had been established and the 3rd simply didn't make the cut. But one day, I was looking through pictures I'd taken of the 80 gallon tank with the female uro among others...and there he was.

So I dubbed him Runty McPunyface. Until I gave him away.
