i've got the smallest silver aro with DE

What about keeping the water level at about half so there's some air between the top of the water and hood? If they do jump at least they won't hit anything immediately so to minimize trauma. Has anyone tried that?

I think I have the record on here (or at least close to it) for the smallest aro w/ DE. I first noticed the DE when my silver was only 5-6" and it was very noticable by the time it was at 7-8". I posted a thread about it a long time ago (or at least I consider it a long time ago).

not like i prayed every night for this to happen, just sharing my fish's info.
