Someone once gave me a twenty high with one of those compressed woods stands but the stand had such a roachy smell I had to throw it away.

That's quite an impressive list of aquaria LOL. I plan on starting with some small cichlids. I love the managuense, so I'll put one or two of those, then add a couple green terrors a red devil, firemouth, dempsey. The usual cichlid stuff. As the jag gets bigger I figure I'll have to either start getting rid of fish or get rid of the jag. I'm just excited to be able to get the fish I like and keep them for a while. I had a 55g, a 45g, a 30 g and 2 10g (feeder tanks) and those tanks really aren't big enough to keep anything for a long period of time. I plan on getting a 30 or 45 for my son, he wants to keep one of the piranha. I also want to get a couple 10g for feeders again. I like to sain minnows out of the creek for feeder fish (plus sometimes you catch some bonus fish to keep in the tank).

That'll be a pretty tank once you get it good and stocked, and that's what I use my 2 10g's for, one's for feeders and the others a hospital tank I leave running incase something happens

very Sad indeed. But a free tank with equipment is still a big score. Sucks about the fish though

I used my girls car to transport the tank, and now the entire thing smells like a stagnant pond lol, She's very unhappy

shoot buddy all ya gotta do is click his tanks under his name to see what he got goin and from what I see his tanks are plenty for the present size of his stock all fish under 6 inch in size i think he has enough active water at the moment

Yea he changed them.. they were listed in a 55g. Thats what I did :grinno:

I went to pick up this 125 gal for about $125 with a metal stand he was telling me great condition when i arrived to this tank i throw up you could not even see into the glass when i say about 2 inches of algae on the tank walls im not kidding i said to the guy im sorry but im not buying it... it would taking me days i mean days to clean it off the tank he also that all of fish was in it died in it i bet there skeletons were in there:)

a number of years ago I purchased a 40 gallon complete from a local pawn shop that had a few inches of brown sludgy water in the bottom and stunk to hi heaven for I think about $50.00. When I got it home and started to clean it out I found a perfectly healthy 6inch pleco amongst all the crap. I thought that was a pretty good bonus. I had that setup for a long time with that fish before a move forced me to give it away.
