I have both a Danner Mag5 and an FX5. Does anyone have any insight on which would be better to push water through this UV? The stats on gph and wattage seems similar.

I should probably know this but does it matter which direction water flows through the UV? I don't have any experience with these and the directions are vague at best.
it doesnt really matter, just make sure this is no excess air in there as that will reduce area of contact for UV. if youre using jebao UV, just unscrew the glass piece abit for the air to escape while it's running and tighten it back up.
Cool. Thanks. Has anyone hard plumbed theirs? It looks like they're 1 1/2" mip fittings? If so how did it go?
