Thats pretty much what I would have expected.
20% waterchanges daily till he is healed,dont bother offering food till he perks up.
Hope you have more tanks,the 55 isnt big enough for the oscar or the jag.

The main thing here is to learn from this mistake, research the fish before You buy it not after You have problems. A 10 gal is not a suitable grow out for an oscar and ca and sa don't mix.

How big is the JD?
If you're stuck with a 10gal and a 55gal, either find a bigger tank and find compatible fish or take the JD to your LFS and you might get credit for him. Even if you do keep the jag and the oscar, you're gonna need a bigger tank anyway.

Why return the jd? I wil return the O. He will get bigger than the JD.
The O will need a 75 gl for himself alone!
Just bring the poor O to life, then give him to yourt LFS.
