Are you looking to just add praziquental? Or looking to increase the dosage of metro and add praziquental? You could simply just add Hikari PraziPro on top of the metro.
Honestly, I'm not that well versed in medications. I was just trying to increase my chances.

Well I added the epsom salt and did ten days of metro treatment. Things aren’t any better but no worse. One of the poor things looks like a puffer he’s so bloated.

If you think the bloat was the result of some sort of bacterial infection...Seachem Kanaplex would be the one to use for max dosage time.
