Wow i fear the teenage yrs and even though my kids are young i can see what pops is saying about the boy/girl thing.

That doesnt change the fact that shes a handful ! With my son we were able to go anywhere fancy restaurants at 6months old...with here going to the grocery store is enough to make me cry..love her to death though.

Stanzzz ur ps4 is gonna be a fancy dust collector ! Lmao gotham is screwed

Pops what your saying is what i strive for. I cant say that im good at at but hope that i do keep getting better. Sonfar ive handle the "tough" questions correctly ( i think) your kids must love an value you they are lucky

For me its always tpugh to balance the friend vs father role. They did an active shooter drill in my sons school the other day. Most of his class mates ran out crying, him he hardly mentioned it..... i can tell something changed with him or is off but cant put my finger on it .cant pull it out of him ..... dont wanna press.... but dont want to leave it to fester either.... its stuff like that that makes this thing we do (being fathers) tough
 
its a hard road, no argument, almost 30 years of raising kids and still do not have all the answers, dowt any one does. no 2 kids alike.

LogiBear or AKA LazorBeams No matter how many forums you ask this you will get the same answers man. Also please get that carpintis out of what ever small tank you have him in and put him in the 75. Don't waste your money on a 40B for him.
Everyone on here thinks you have him in a 40b already imagine if they caught the fact that you have him in a 20 or 29. not good man do the right thing.
 
You know what, I agree with the op whole heartedly lol!! Every time you go on forums or even Facebook for fish enthusiast people love asking/talking about tank size, it makes me sick. Yes there are EXCEPTIONS where you see someone keep three 12 inch Oscars/Texas etc. in a 55 gallon tank. EXCEPTIONS....again, I've seen people do it or something similar however I'm pretty sure the op is a fairly intelligent human being and a lot of folks are.It baffles the hell out of me when someone talks about "tank size" why? Because WHEN the fishes grow, again WHEN the fishes grow they have the option to:

1- upgrade the tank-
2- sell the fish-
3- just go to local pet store and surrender or get some kind of credit for them

It's just that simple. You don't need to keep talking about "how much they'll grow" or "when" they grow...am I crazy? Out of all the tanks I've seen, I've come across probably 3 tanks where I thought WTF man, that tank is too small LOL!!

I'd give the angels more time. My dominant male angel bangs the glass almost as much as some of the full grown midas i've seen. It took a little over a year to get to that point, but it's worth the wait. Try heavily planting the tank. It made my 55 a lot more interesting.

Public forum. You have to take the good with the bad. Thinking before you write would be helpful. Instead of blabbing about the current setup or talking about a 40b. Just ask your specific question.

When you mention your tank size or what fish you're bored with you open yourself up to others opinions on that subject. Just a thought.
