It is kind of hard to say for sure but i say female. Its head shape and striping are making me think female.
I say male, there are a lot of males out there right now that show their stripes. The spotting on the fins and coloration say male. 
Oh man I was thinking male cuz of the fins. Anyone else have opinions? I dont wanna start over and raise another one. If this is a female I might try another fish and give up on Jags.
