what a bull****
100 gallon is to small for a female also,
my friend got a couple jags
male 19"
and female 17"
my jags are 16"and 12",,and just 2 years old

so,,NO a 100 gallon isnt big enough for jags.
better take a bit bigger tank,or smaller fish.
100 gallon is just enough for a jd or gt,,but thats my opion.
maaaaaaaaaybe u can try friedrichstahlii, they are a bit smaller then managuensis..
or motaguensis,14"but they need a big territory as well
salvini maybe,,.10"
a 100gal to house a JD?

Yes that is very understandable. I know that Sals usually get 5-6 inches and thats it. Though like that 8" convict that some one has on here there are great exceptions! I watched a video on Parachromis Dovii and I was watching how they hunted and their main prey was convict lol. I would like to see a Dovii try and eat an 8" Con lmao!

is that me ur talkiong about cause i had a male pink con that reached 8 inches b4 i gave it away

um nope thats a red devil hybred
why do you say its a hybrid?

besides that almost every RD and Midas you find are a hybrid to some degree, I thought I had a pretty decent specimen.
