Jag update...pics!

Yeah I don't get it either. I'm doing one 50-75% WC a week, doing that my nitrates get down to 10 but by the end of the week they are back around 20.

I don't have enough lighting (one 24" single tube) to keep plants alive.

Do 2 50% each week maybe that will change the params. If you do more frequent smaller WC's then the water will be more stable at 10ppm

Wow he is looking great. His fins seem to be nice and full and of course the blue is looking good as well. That piece of driftwood is awesome looking in your tank. I like the aquascaping. Unfortanetly my 12" jag destroys plants and digs non stop. Btw what is included in your jags diet?

Well when you live up north then you get appreciation for southern fish.

Thanks very much. He has changed more since I posted these pics. His eyes are pure red now and it starting to look more like Aquamojo's Jag named Jumbo with the white background and pepper like colorations.
