males do tend to be more, skittish than females. They make up for it when they do decide to come out.

The males have allot of small marks all over the body without "stripes" across the sides and the females have bigger markings with the stripes across the sides

male=no stripes just dots and more golden, femals=stripes

you guys may want to have alook at pops 's WC pair of Jags.....both sexes have "stripes" or in technically, "broken-bands" (stripes run lengthwise, bands are vertical), but nonetheless, I still vote "Female"
