jaguar cichlids

Hello all , I have bought two jaguar cichlid baby's and one of them is very bright (body) and the other has a very dark body with more markings did I accidentally pick up a breeding pair you think?

It is hard to say at the size they are. But time and behavior will most certainly tell.

Just a question what size tank are they in?

They are both in 10 gallon tanks right now yes I know they will need a bigger tank

they won't just need one they need it now you will stunt them in a big hurry. Either return them or get them in a 55 gallon in a week they will need a 125 minimum as an adult pair

They are fine in the ten gallon tank right now they are hardly an inch
