Maybe I will just look for a 6"+ pair of grammodes :-) I guess Jeff Rapps is a user on here? I will look him up.

The largest he lists right now is 3" at $20 per. These are still too small to be sexed. If I was only getting one, I'd want a male.

Salvini would also be a good choice for a 90g and is also a very interesting fish. Awesome colors with their yellow, blue and red. Females are more colorful. Sometimes called "mini guapote" for their atitude. Jeff Rapps has those as well. These may be easier to find locally than grammodes if you want to save some dough. I've bought nice ones at a local WalMart before for $5.

I love the fact that VRWC gave advice on tank setup and on how to use site to search and answer questions , yet you somehow think he has wronged you ! Lol awesome

It's not that he wronged me, but later on, someone else made the same comment I was thinking, "If you think it's so repetetive, you don't have to answer the question."

Everyone can see there is a search button. I am an IT professional, I use searches on the internet to find stuff every day. I know how search works. I joined a social board for social interaction, so I can have a conversation with members. If it is too much trouble to start a dialog with someone, then either don't bother responding to the question, or shut down the ability to add new posts. No reason to post, if someone's response is going to be 'you can search for that.'

VRWC's response actually came across as one making me feel as if I don't need to post on this board again, nor does anyone else, because everything there is to know is already on here.

It is sad to come to a place for a social interaction only to read 'don't ask, try to find.'

I LIKE JAGS, I KNOW SOMEONE SELLING A MATING PAIR.
I WANT TO GET SOME WHEN I UPGRADE MY TANK

Jcannonb don't let them get to you.

Blankmanrl,

I am good. No worries here. I will continue asking questions, and if someone doesn't want to help me with the knowledge they already have, they don't have to.

As long are more people are supportive than not supportive, the balance on a forum is OK.

Cheers,

Joshua
