Jaguar pimple?

It looks like Anchor worm from your discription and what I can see in the picture. What are your water parameters? How long have you had the fish? Have you added anything new to the tank latly? If you start to see a small protrusion starting you appear from the center of the pimple. Do a a 50% water change and treat with API General Cure. Follow the directions on the package. You can also add 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of water.
 
Had the fish around a month. The tank was setup around a month ago so everything in it is fairly new, it was second hand. The bogwood came with the tank, i did soak it for a week before setting up the tank. The only other thing i can think caused it is the filter i bought it off a friend that was breaking down a tank, i changed the everything but kept the media.

I'll check the water parameters tomorrow.

I currently have a red terror in the same tank it is divided off. Is this likely to spread to the terror?
 
My datnoid's white bump turn into some kind of worm and started to spread to the rest of the body. I treated with copperBlue and antibiotics and after a week it started to go away. Still in the recovery process, very annoying parasite
 
The information on the product says "Eliminates anchor worm, fish lice, gill maggots and leeches. Larger higher level parasites can be introduced into the aquarium on new fish or plants. They cause life-threatening damage and should be eradicated quickly." It doesn't say anywhere what is in it. If that is what available to you I would use it as directed, it says it's effective against Anchor worm. I can't give you any advice about it. I would try it.

This right here. Solid advice and I agree with both what it is and what to use to treat it. If you cant get API general cure then get Metro or Prazi
 
I bought Interpet but after reading the instruction it says it will kill off my filter as well. Is this the same as the API general cure? I can't find any of that in my local stores but i can order it over the internet.
 
I have no clue as far as what Interpet contains so I can't tell you if it's the same thing. GC is 250 mg Metronidazole and 75 mg Praziquantel per packet. Does the Interpet list the ingreediants in the package? If you have another tank running you can use some filter media from there to re-seed the tank after treatment.
