Hey, do you guys think i should risk putting 2" Clown loaches in the tank? The Ornate has eaten everything in the tank that fits his mouth but the pictus cat, but he tryes to eat him all the time tho.
Should i get the CL's? They are 30 bucks a piece.

Woot! Andri Pogo just dropped of a 11" Palmas Palmas and a 12" AND THICK Ornatipinnis.

As my tank stands by a window i can't take any pics until tonight without any reflection of the light, but you sure will get pics tonight.

Thanks man, i think he's a bit more than 26cm. My Guess is 30cm. But you know how my guesses are way off sometimes. Did you measure it before you put it in a bag?+

Also, was the Palmas shy in your tank? He is rather outgoing in my tank, not many hiding places though.

dam nice palmas palmas and ornate!

well i measured him 26cm about a month ago, i dont think hes 30cm but i think he has grown a bit since i measured him, he looked a bit bigger when i put him in the bag...
Both of my Palmas palmas were by far the most shyest of the Polypterus.. i would give him a hiding spot to make him more comfortable... or keep the lid heavily closed, they tried to escape my old tank for a few weeks after i got them 3 years ago, constantly pounding up in the lid. 2-3 others that came with the same shipment jumped out in the store and died.
