Moon behind a tree, just thought it looked good. What ya think, better or worse than my last?

Might find dude that with your 10' by 3' by 2.5' that they will need to jump from 12mm glass to 15mm glass which will make it probably twice the expense or more than using 12mm. Where as you can get away with using 12mm safely on a 8-9' tank. So if your paying all those extra $ for the extra foot or 2 than might aswell max out with width and or depth. If you get what I mean

The quote I'm getting is for 15mm, the guy said you might get away with 12mm but I would be better of with 15mm. I cant go much wider, might be able to push it out to 3.5' and I was think of getting a quote for a 3' high version aswell.

Don't do it, after ignoring the advice from others on this forum I went ahead and got 8 jars...... 1st day one jar was attacked by another jar and one eyeball went missing....next day the jar with missing eyeball dead....after that they continued to fight.....missing scales and shreed fins....not so pretty..... well anyways here's a video I had If you wanna see what is going to happen. By the way they were all 4 inches when I got them now they are all in seperated tanks.

They look around 4", if you watch the 2nd video you wont see any violence until about 20secs in, there is no decor in the tank which I thnk would be a major problem. I have seen Jars that small in fish stores get along fairly well but the tank was full of wood and plants to help divide them

They were about four inches when they started fighting. It just slowly to started to get worse. Then they just wouldn't stop, untill I got tired of looking at some beat up fish and had to seperate them or start losing fishing.

Their bigger now, I'd say some of them are pushing the six inch mark and one of them is definately at the 8 inch mark. They are all seperated and their fins are almost completely healed:D

i had 6 jars together, and this lasted about 4 hours, after that i had to separate them all... you can't put jars with other jars... or at least i couldn't:D i have now 3 jars, all in comunity tanks, but in 3 different tanks;)
