So who's actually been bitten by a lungfish or pacu?

Had a close call with a 40" paradoxa while cleaning a tank. Got my finger out of its mouth a nanosecond before it snapped its jaws (You could hear it). Luckily, I can still count past 9.5.

Puffers for sure, I have seen a large MBU get right into clams that had thick shells like it was no big deal. I'm sure he could go through flesh and bone with no problem.

Pacus are freakin nut crackers, I'd hate to have my finger go crunch. Just watch the youtube video of them in the flooded forest.

The pacu gets my vote.

I was bitten by my pacu, but it was only about 8 inches at the time.

when it was smaller, I used to hand feed him pellets.

one time he nicked me with a tooth, and cut my finger.

that was the last time I hand fed him LOL

I go noodling for blue cats and flatheads every year. I've never lost a finger to these fish. They're bite is strong but with nowhere near the power I've seen in puffers and lungs.

Ive watched that on tv and have to admit you guys ahve bigger balls then me I would never do that.
