Nice Jose. I will look into setting this up at my new place. How long does the chloramine filter last before it needs some kind of changing.

yeah its definitely a must-have on large tanks. I believe these will last about 5000 gallons until you need to add new carbon, but I'll let Pharaoh answer that. filterguys now sells matrix carbon block filters with some even rated for up to 20k gallons!!

same concept, just split the line. think of it as gardening drip system, but for your tanks

im not running sumps on any of my tanks and all have a drip, you just need some diy 1/2" overflows.
