Thanks! Glad you like it. They are Amblydoras Nauticus. A catfish that stays less than 4". Not much personality on these guys though because I rarely see them during the day. It's not too uncommon for me to see them burried in the sand with just a tail sticking up out of the sand.

In the end I basically spent $40 out of pocket for the gas I forgot to budget if that makes sense. What do you think? I thought I planned it fairly well. The FX5 is going to throw me way over though. I planned on selling the 135 to pay for it but now that I'm keeping that tank, I'll have to pay for the FX5 out of pocket.

As far as the updated budget is concerned I got the FX5 and ONLY PAID $125! Bought it from another MFK'er, AWESOME guy, thanks Jeff!! When you get tired of your Uaru Fernandezyepezi, I'll move the stock in this tank to another for the Uaru in a heartbeat...

I'll post an updated budget so far along with some of the new stock tomorrow. Most of the new stock is for the next tank though.

Thanks. It not as nice as zennzzo's setup but for a budget tank I am really happy. Have you taken a look at this? Vidar has an awesome geo/ray tank. I'm sure you'll find some inspiration in there.

Thanks for the compliments and the bump guys. Here are a couple updated pics of some of my stock. Out of the the Geophagus Abalios group, two of them have paired up and were attempting to spawn last night but no success today.

My favorite fish by far, the Satanoperca Mapiritensis. Love this fish.



The Acaricjthys Heckelii have started developing very nice filaments on the dorsal IMO.




The rotkel are still just little guys but are starting to color up some.
