I bet that he'll be let go from Penn State in no time; it wouldn't make sense for them to keep him since he was a witness of the one incident.

Nah, we just call those guys pedophiles. Besides, "nittany lion" is just another name for "cougar" or "mountain lion" anyway.
But, seriously, the way that this whole deal was handled before and is currently being handled is sketchy at best; some things just don't add up to the point were one can tell that more heads will roll soon enough since there are those who have yet to be punished.
Another thing to keep in mind is that kids were abused here; they're the ones that need the attention. Most of them are in their late teens and 20's now from what I understand, though, so they're not really little kids any more which might explain why this came to light again.
I like how just a few days ago most of the students at Penn State were whipped into a frenzy and were ready to riot and tear the whole school down for firing Paterno but suddenly they seem to have turned their thoughts to the rape victims.Just last night they even held a vigil for the children.

Unfortunately the vigil folks and the riot fans are most likely different groups.
