Just received 6 Plecos from JA. Mike was a dream to deal with. Fish were packed expertly and arrived in perfect health. Even had an extra Panaque thrown in. Couldn't be happier!

These guys suck!! I was hoping to get super sickly, emaciated, dying fish that would die the moment they're put in my tank but nooooo Mike had to send me really healthy fat looking fish that ate within the first 10min. And to make matters worse, he just GAVE me 5 tors for FREE! Who the hell does that?! Just gives someone free fish that are ALSO super healthy! I can't believe this guy. I don't even know why I keep ordering from him over and over again with this type of service. You suck Mike!

WOW! Mikes customer service is untouchable. I have been in the hobby 20 years now and have done many online orders. But none compare to Mike.

How many people give you there cell number and reply to all your texts within minutes?(I'm not the easiest customer either and asked a "S" load of questions and all answered).

The packaging was excellent and he doesn't charge you for box and packaging fees like a lot do.

A true hobbyist that is in this for the love of it and not just a business..I will not buy another Bichir online from anyone else.
I got 5 Bichirs today. A Palmas Palmas, Palmas Buekoferi, Palmas Polli, Delhezi and a Moke. I swear and this is the truth every single one even the Moke were eating cut talapia within 20 minutes of putting them in the tank.. I've heard Mokes can be finicky but not this one.

I ordered a Goonch and a Wallago Friday night and got them Saturday at 2 pm. I've ordered fish from just about everyone and this was the smoothest and only 100% trouble free transaction I've made. Even more impressive is the fish I received, I could not have hand picked two nicer ones myself and I paid half what I would expect to pay for these two. Both of these fish are healthy and will actively compete for and devour the foods I've tried. I held my breath when growing out a 3 in Tig until it was 10 in, I'm not worried about these two at all. I could not be happier, Thank you
 
Thanks Everyone for the great feedback, I try my best for everyone. On that note I would like to post feedback myself on behalf of a customer that I do not believe is on MFK.

Asked Mike to find me some Distichodus, he found some large distichodus antonii for me, everything was great until shipping, this guy did not pay attention to the shipping address as I asked him to send them to my work and not my home as I am not there Monday - Friday to pick up the package. I then specified NO SIGNATURE which he failed to do as well..so now the fish are MIA with the post office waiting to be delivered another day. I can not stress how disappointed and upsetting this transaction has been.

The above feedback is 100% in my own words but I imagine the customer would have a harsher way of putting it. I am writing this in open forum to remind myself to slow down, and pay attention to details.
 
Alright so i would just like to thank Mike so much for being so helpful, I ordered 4 bichirs, and a L114 that all looked very healthy, unfortunately USPS was messed up in the head and my package was an entire day later, then arrived at my house while i was at the doctors then i had to go find the truck and intercept the package and 2 fish died, but this was entirely not his fault. He was so nice he gave me a refund on the DOAs and was an absolute charm to deal with. We had almost 200 back and forth emails of which he responded with in minutes to every time. This guy is a excellent seller and excellent in customer service, i will definitely coming back to him in a few months! :headbang2
 
Thank you Mike, for the Afer as well as all the patience, consideration and professionalism that you handled my order with. To me there is no greater measure of a vendor then how he handles a situation which goes horribly wrong through no fault of their own and you handled my situation perfectly.

The story-Due to some personal issues I've been more indecisive and annoying then usual. Despite my small initial purchase and million bothersome questions about shipping options, future stock requests and asking often to change the ship out date of my order I was handled with patience and professionalism. I was never rushed and never made to feel as though I was in anyway a inconvenience.

Then finally I decided on a ship out date 6/17/2014 with an expected arrival date of 6/18/2014 by 12 noon. My order was shipped and unfortunately the arrival time and date came and went with no delivery. After speaking with USPS(who was no help at all) I was told the package was lost. I notified Mike and he was nothing but helpful offering me a refund despite the issue being no fault of his. I decided to wait it out and hope the Afer would arrive on the 19th and by luck be alive despite the delay. All the while I waited Mike checked in on me periodically, always letting me know he was there for me every step of the way showing his concern for me and the Afer. The 19th came and went with no delivery and now I was positive that the Afer wouldn't be delivered alive.

The 20th came and the package had finally made it to my local office around 11 a.m. I called the local office and asked for them to hold the package for pick up and within 15 minutes I was there picking up what used to be an Afer. I rushed home and tore open the box awaiting a horrible smell and disappointing sight only for me to be surprised, the Afer was still alive! Not just barely alive but in good enough condition to swim in panic at my removing him from the newspaper covered outer bag. The Afer had survived 3 days in transit and in particularly hot weather. I acclimated him and to my further surprise tonight he fed on pellet stuffed shrimp. If that doesn't speak of how well Mike packs a fish and of the quality of the stock he sells I don't know what does.

How can you possibly expect anymore from a vendor? In every conceivable way Mike exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Mike, I can't wait to do business with you again.
