update update, we all know you guys love updates:

as of today, my cons are STILL in the piranha tank. i still have the rock structure in there, and still have the 9 piranhas in there. these cons are halarious. i was thinkin about pulling them but there survivng. the male is a lil beat up but here we go, a lil over 2 weeks after ALL the babies dissapeared. and almost a month after they first spawned. they have spawned again. tons and tons of free swimming babies in the same area they spawned before. cons are gettin territorial again so after this spawn of babies im gonna move them possibly. im gonna see how this set goes n hope for some survivers. all my last batch died, even the ones i pulled and tried to raise. WE SHALL SEE, ill keep you guys updated again.

Update , this is my females eggs . The only problem is that she is -minus-
A male to fertilize her eggs .
She still protects the eggs to the point that she got part of her lip bit ,
And went at my hand when I was cleaning the tank today .

get a male in there and get those egg's fertile! im surprised she dropped eggs without a male lol. go grab a cheap male n toss him in.

I'm not suprised, female fish will often lay eggs in the absence of males. Sometimes females will even pair up together.

I will call around and try to find a male . But the problem I had
with my last male , Was he never ran , But try to lock lips with my P's .
Bad idea .

some males are more bold then others, make sure you add real rocks stacked for a structure and your male will dominate it.
