A beautiful huejeta (spelling?) can hit 8" dont see many that size, usually eat frozen and meaty feed, not too agressive can live in larger fish communities and mix well with each other. Thats all i know really. Never kept em but worked with them.....

Thanks Bruce... i thought they could get 12 inches.. but all this info is great .... i may get a few more so i can try and breed them...

Huejeta Gars are very cool looking. I know they can get up to 12" and do good in groups. They can also use some current in their set up
