Fluffed pig skin is on the mild side of whats consumed in SE Asia. Try a balut, Its makes fluffed pig skin look like bacon bits. Or if feeling really frisky try a century egg. Its a several year old duck egg aged in rice and turns green and smells of ammonia. Then it is traditionally coated in dirt and rice husks. They also may or may not be soaked in horse urine. YUM YUM!
