  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
what are you talking about? they barley have any jaw strength and do not have a beaked jaw. they eat via suction feeding and swallowing prey whole. getting bit by one (and I have been bit multiple times by my 18" male) is like getting slapped by a wet piece of cardboard.

hahahahahahaha epic!

very nice, I have one I'm trying to sell right now. one is enough for me ;)

how much, i'm considering getting one. but i want a small one, like around the size ts has

Looks like the mods got your guys avatars....... If you put asian women on there you would of been fine LOL

pshhh, i know right?

Nice matamata. Matamata goes for around $250 in Cali. How much did you got yours for.

$250 for what size?

He ate 4 rosie reds last night. Was going to make a video but good lord...the stalking takes FOREVER hahaha

LOL Thats another reason I have never even tried feeders....To get anything before my 7 Dats and Delhezi I would need to put like 50 feeders in.....you know its the 49th that would give everyone ich!!

give shrimp a try! Silversides are my guys fav....It eats three or more everyday. Actually runs or swims to the tongs now and feeds on the bottom of my 30" deep tank. It used to eat near the surface on the little platform. Now it only sleeps there.

Do you have a pick of your full setup? Since you also have a 150 it would give me a couple of ideas for setting it up. Thanks a bunch Ken!

View attachment 714410Sure! Here is a shot before and after i removed some lower driftwood to provide more swimming and viewing space. I have a 8"x4" pc of DSC_0144.jpgdriftwood screwed into the large driftwood in the front....Turtle is not a very good swimmer but is entertaining to watch. Sometimes you want to cheer it on!!DSC_0128.jpg

Sweet tank man! That was my biggest worry and what I was trying to work out was how to make it easier for him to get to the surface to breathe. Maybe I can make some sort of rock structure on one side of the tank for him to climb on. Thanks for the pics!
